MAJORLANES

Dispatching · Owner-operators · 18-wheelers

Dispatch for owner-operators who'd rather drive than hunt loads. We book the freight, fight for the rate, and handle the paperwork. You run.

The problem

An empty trailer is the most expensive thing you own.

Every hour spent refreshing a load board is an hour your truck isn't earning. That's the hour we take off your plate.

The fix

We find it. We negotiate it. You say yes.

Loads matched to your truck, your lanes, and how far from home you're willing to run. You see the rate before you commit. Nothing books without your okay.

The cut

One flat cut per load. Agreed before you roll.

A single percentage of the line haul, told to you on day one. If your truck doesn't move, you don't pay.

Who you talk to

One dispatcher. Your number. Not a queue.

You talk to the same person every day. She knows your truck, your lanes, and what you will not haul.

The payoff

Loaded before sunrise. Home when you said you'd be.

Backhauls lined up before you deliver. Fewer empty miles, and more weeks that end in your own driveway.

What we do for your truck

You drive.
We handle the rest.

Major Lanes is a boutique dispatch service for owner-operators and small fleets running 18-wheelers. No load-board subscriptions to babysit, no broker phone tag, no paperwork at midnight.

01

Load booking

Freight matched to your equipment, your preferred lanes, and your radius from home. Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, power only.

02

Rate negotiation

We know what a lane should pay and we push for it. You see the rate before anything is booked, and nothing moves without your okay.

03

Broker vetting

Credit scores, days-to-pay and complaint history checked before you load. You do not haul for someone who will not pay.

04

Paperwork

Carrier packets, rate confirmations, BOLs and invoicing set up and sent. Factoring paperwork handled if you use a factor.

05

Driver support

Detention, layover, lumpers and TONU chased and billed. When something goes sideways at a dock, you call one person and she picks up.

06

Trip planning

Backhauls lined up before you deliver so you are not deadheading home. Your hours, your home time, and your no-go states respected.

How it works

Three steps to a loaded truck.

1

Send your details

MC and DOT numbers, insurance certificate, W-9, equipment type and where home is. That is the whole onboarding. Most carriers are set up the same day.

2

Tell us how you run

Preferred lanes, states you will not touch, how many days out you want to be, and the rate floor you will not go under. We dispatch around your life, not the other way round.

3

Say yes and roll

We send the load, the rate and the broker. You approve it by text or call. Rate con and BOL land in your inbox, and the next load is already being lined up while you drive.

Pricing

One number.
No surprises.

Major Lanes charges a single flat percentage of the line haul on every load we book. You hear the number on day one and it does not change from load to load.

8%of the line haul, per load
  • Percentage only. If your truck does not move, you do not pay.
  • No setup fee. Onboarding is included.
  • Your authority, your money. Brokers pay you or your factor directly. We never touch your freight payments.
  • Walk away any time. Stay because the loads are good, not because a contract says so.

Straight answers

Questions drivers ask first.

Do I have to give up my authority?

No. You keep your MC, your insurance and your customers. Major Lanes works under your authority as your dispatcher. Brokers pay you or your factoring company directly.

What equipment do you dispatch?

Dry van, reefer, flatbed, step deck, hotshot and power only. If you run something unusual, ask. If we cannot keep it loaded well, we will tell you.

Can I turn down a load?

Every time. We send the load, the rate and the broker, and nothing is booked until you say yes. Your rate floor and your no-go states are respected on every offer.

How do you get paid?

A flat percentage of the line haul on the loads we book for you, invoiced after the load delivers. No monthly fee, no setup fee, nothing when your truck is parked.

What do you need to get me started?

MC and DOT numbers, a certificate of insurance, a W-9, your equipment details and a phone number that answers. Most carriers are set up and taking offers the same day.

Do you work with new authorities?

Yes. Newer MCs get fewer broker doors opened for them, and we are honest about that. We will tell you which brokers will work with you now and which ones open up after your first months.

Get dispatched

Let's keep your truck loaded.

Tell us about your truck and how you like to run. You will hear back from a person, not an auto-reply, and the first thing we will talk about is the number.

Owner-operators and small fleets. We reply within one business day.
